We take pride in providing luxurious swimwear designed for style, comfort, and confidence. We understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit or you may simply change your mind, which is why we’ve made our returns and exchanges process as easy and straightforward as possible.

Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure the following conditions are met for eligibility:

  • Item Condition: The swimwear must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and hygiene strips intact.

  • Packaging: Please return your items in the original packaging where possible.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number must accompany the return.

How to Return Your Item(s)

  1. Initiate the Return: To begin the return process, please contact our Customer Care Team at hello@estateswim.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, our team will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Shipping the Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item. Estateswim is not responsible for lost or damaged returns that are not sent via trackable mail.

  4. Processing Time: Returns are typically processed within 7–10 business days from the date we receive your item. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

Refunds

Once your return has been approved, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

  • Partial Refunds: If the swimwear shows signs of use or is returned without the original packaging or tags, a partial refund may be issued.

  • Exclusions: We do not offer refunds on sale or final sale items. Swimwear that has been worn, washed, or altered is also non-refundable.

Exchanges

We want to ensure you’re completely happy with your swimwear. If you’d prefer a different size or style, we are happy to assist with an exchange.

  • Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of your order.

  • To request an exchange, please reach out to our Customer Care Team at hello@estateswim.com with the details of the exchange, and we will guide you through the process.

Damaged or Defective Items

We inspect all of our swimwear carefully before shipping to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

  • Return Process: We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and process a full refund or exchange for your damaged or defective item.

  • Photos Required: Please send photos of the damaged or defective item to help us process your claim quickly.

Important Notes

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale, including any discounts or promotions, are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Return Window: All returns must be received by us within 30 days of your purchase.
