• Shipping Policy

  • All orders will be shipped out within 24h after the order is confirmed. Tracking number will be sent immediately via email.

  • Estateswim is not liable for any shipment delay, for any loss or damages of items caused by deliveries.

  • Please kindly ensure that delivery address inputted is accurate as Estateswim would not be liable for any change in delivery address.

  • Customers are fully responsible for any taxes and custom duties charged in their country of residence.

• Return & Exchange Policy

  • Customers are given 30 days allowance to return an item once the order is confirmed

  • The customer is liable for shipping cost and other miscellaneous costs.

  • Item will only be accepted for return if it is in its original condition. Never been washed, stretched, and used with hang label, care label, and health sanitary sticker still intact.

  • All sales items are not eligible for return

  • If you still wish to return your item, please email hello@estateswim.com, state your reason for return and attach a picture of the item.
